Healing begins with the right thinking and five certain actions:
1. From this moment on, consider yourself not a patient, but repeat like a mantra “My name is …………………., I am safe and I am moving towards the best health in my life.” This will give you faith and inner
strength and conviction that everything is only getting better and is healing.
It is important not to succumb to the disease or symptoms. Internal attitude gives additional strength for the body’s self-regulation processes.
2. Please stop surfing the internet and reading about a specific disease and it symptoms, do not give it your attention.
3. Live for today, concentrate on how you feel and live at this moment, as if this day is the only one in your life. This is the state of happiness, when a person is happy, he does not think about the past or
about the future, he enjoys the present. The present envelops us, fills us.
True nirvana is to feel this moment.
4. If you find it very difficult to do something, then try do it twice. It’s a good physical and workout.
5. There must be determination and consistency. These are the main conditions that will help you begin to heal.

But for this process to be successful, there are still five necessary steps:
1. Every morning, no matter how hard it is to get out of bed, start the day with smile and thank god or creator for another wonderful day. Let it be a mechanical action at first, but later you will get used to it and it will become a sincere feeling. Even if you don’t believe it yourself it’s as if you force yourself to do it – it just puts you in the mood positively. If the thoughts that “I am so sick, unhappy, etc.”
Please repeat in a low voice the manta of gratitude to the creator “I thank you that I can to think of you today” – even that will be enough. This habit is trained, much like a muscle is trained.
2. For half an hour, do mindful diaphragmatic breathing exercises. It will affect your entire body in a positive way. So physical breathing is closest to the spiritual. This way of breathing changes a person
physiological processes occurring in his body.
3. At least one good deed done deliberately in the morning, any one in relation to the chosen person. It gives direction to your whole day, especially good to start in the morning.
4. At least after a 20-minute walk outside the house. It will make you stronger physically, will not let you close in yourself.
5. Learn something new for at least half an hour. Attention, concentration and immersion in new knowledge will distract you from the bad thoughts, will give hope and even new goals.

Sometimes it’s really hard to think positively and maintain a good mood, but it is one of the things that guarantees the success of recovery. Don’t dwell on what bothers and torments you and concentrate on the desired result, confirm your intention and disposition to the universe through small but everyday actions.
Everything starts and ends in our heads, with thoughts.
Engage in mental gardening every day, it is extremely important for your recovery. Cultivate only those thoughts that are useful, prune and weed the ones that are bad for you. Only you are the master of your mental garden, so what will you grow in that garden such results you will enjoy.
